The device, covered by a patent and co-owned with the Turin Polytechnic, allows the measurement of the instantaneous flow rate of the calibration oil on a high pressure line. The wide operating ranges, with pressures in the 0 ÷ 2000 bar range, are obtained thanks to a mathematical algorithm developed specifically for the project. The study of the trend of the instantaneous flow as a function of time allows an optimal evaluation of the hydraulic performance of the components under analysis.
