The Rabotti HPP100 has been designed to allow an exhaustive analysis of Common Rail pumps. The stand allows the measurement of the CR pump feeding pressure, the delivered flow-rate, the amount of over-flow used for pump lubrication/cooling, the instantaneous rail pressure and the absorbed power in different operative conditions managing motor speed, rail pressure set-point and current levels to the pump-integrated regulators (if present).
